为什么总有人提醒要经常洗被子、晒被子和换被子呢?因为如果长时间不清洁被子的话，被子上就会滋生出几百万条螨虫，严重危害了我们的健康。那么我们怎么才能消灭被子中的螨虫呢?下面就让小编来告诉大家如何彻底干掉你棉被上几百万螨虫的吧!

[公认] 很多家庭会把棉被拿去晒，以为这样就能杀死这个恼人的东西。可是，棉被通常在太阳的曝晒下，尘螨还是没法根除。（你是否也这样子晒？！！）

用高倍数显微镜在已曝晒的棉被依然有尘螨。

把想要晒的棉被或衣物....毯子都行，用最大的黑色垃圾袋装起来绑好，一定要黑色的喔。

然后放在大太阳底下晒个1-2小时，黑色会吸热，袋子里面的衣物棉被温度会上升很快，尘螨。因为螨在高温50度就会死亡。真的是有效，虽然我们看不见，但是这样晒后用显微镜再观看一次，那些“可恨的螨”真的都阵亡啰！你的分享别人会感激的！
